All orders are picked, packed and sent Mon - Fri, so if you place an order during the weekend please note your order will not be sent until Monday.

* Please note due to COVID-19 there is the potential for delays for shipping times. While we aim to provide customers with accurate time frames, there may be circumstances where delivery delays are out of our control. We always do our best to ensure your goodies arrive as soon as possible, but we will not be liable for any losses caused as a result of delay.

Auckland Urgent Options (Available Mon-Fri)

1. $10 Auckland URGENT 2 hour Delivery (same day)
2. $5 URGENT - Received tonight between 6-9pm

• Deliveries must be with the Auckland Radius Map (see below) or Click here for a list of Suburbs.
• Orders must be placed BEFORE 2pm each day to receive our URGENT services.
• Customer must be available to sign for delivery - Otherwise must leave note for us to let Courier driver know where to leave it.
• Please note if wanting a refund on Urgent Orders we will refund you excluding the Urgent courier charge (excludes sale items).
• Urgent Couriers Monday to Friday ONLY (excluding Public Holidays).

Tracking

Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with your tracking number. If you did not receive this email within 2 days please contact piaponsonbystore@gmail.com

*Please note our working hours are 9am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri. Any emails or phone calls made over the weekend will not be answered until we are back in the office on Monday! If you urgently need to contact us over the weekend, flick us a DM on Instagram! @piagrams

Please be aware that PIA does not have any control over duties, customs and taxes applied by the country your order is being shipped to. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
