We get shopping online can be tricky to get the sizing and fit right. We want you to feel amazing in your PIA pieces therefore, if it’s not quite right we have made the returning process as simple as possible!

We will refund your value of returned items within 7 working days.

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Fill out the PIA Returns form found inside your PIA Package
  2. Stick the Returns sticker form (found inside your PIA package) to your package and secure for courier.
  3. Book the courier pickup

Have your eye on something else or want to try a different size? We are happy to exchange sale items easy peasy but you will need to pay for shipping back to us.

100% Store Credit

Nothing you want now...Get a 100% store credit. Ship your item back to us and as soon as we receive it we will pop the value back onto your account. You will need to pay to ship your sale item back to us.

How to Book a Courier Pick-up

To book the courier pick up call 0800 106 828 or 09 525 2060 if calling from Mobile. If they don't answer you can call Gosweetspot on 09 6005250 and Press 1 to book pickup Or you can email them on support@gosweetspot.com to book pickup also.


Please send our PIA bag back with you if you are returning your garment otherwise you will be charged $10 off your order.

Processing Exchange/Refunds

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days once we have received the returned garment. If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 7 working days. If you have paid via a debit card please ensure you fill out your bank account number on the PIA returns form inside your package.

Store Credit

When returning a full priced item, you can select 110% store credit. Once your return has been received and processed, this credit (in the amount of your paid price plus 10% extra) will be available online in your PIA account, ready to apply to your next purchase. Additionally, if you are returning a sale item you may select a 100% store credit. Please note, store credits are applied to the account registered with the same email address used to place your order. Store credit is valid for 12 months. Once store credit has been issued, that value cannot be changed to a cash refund.

Order Cancellation

We are super speedy and do our best to send our orders out as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order please call 09 948 1544 as soon as possible. Otherwise, our returns policy will apply if your order has already been shipped.
